There are many different foreign(ITI,3i,braenemark...) and domestic (implantium, ostem, megazen...) dental implant systems. Dentists are accustomed to use several dental implant systems. Sometimes they use two or more implant systems in a patient. There are many reasons to do that. Because of the money, time saving, bone factor, underlying soft tissue, anatomical landmark and surgical difficulties, ...etc. The author report the good results of ITI and implantium dental implant system in a patient and have good prognoses including favorable prosthodontic results.
